Pharmacy Residency Application Process

The Saint Joseph Pharmacy Residency Program participates in the national match and uses PhORCAS for initial application and scramble materials.

The PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency requires the following items be uploaded into PhORCAS:

  • A formal letter of intent
  • Official transcripts from an ACPE-accredited university
  • A current curriculum vitae
  • Three PhORCAS recommendations

The PGY-2 Pharmacy Residency requires the following items be uploaded into PhORCAS:

  • A formal letter of intent
  • Official transcripts from an ACPE-accredited university
  • Proof of completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-1 Residency Program 
  • A current curriculum vitae
  • Three PhORCAS recommendations
  • Citizenship not required / Accepts: J-1 Visa, F-1 Visa / Not willing to sponsor.

The deadline for application is January 7th.
