Kirk Evoy

Hi, my name is Kirk Evoy. I was born and raised in the small town of Sheridan, Indiana. I lived there until I graduated high school and moved on the greatest college in the world, Purdue University, for both undergrad and pharmacy school. After completing my degree, I moved to Madison, Wisconsin to complete a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. I then decided to head back to Indiana and complete a PGY2 ambulatory care residency here at SJRMC because of the excellent experience I had here as a student on rotations, the unique, fun-loving work environment in the Family Medicine Center, the many chances to teach and network at Purdue and Manchester Universities, and the unique opportunity develop my own transitions of care clinic which is a great interest area of mine. My areas of interest in pharmacy include academia, transitions of care, diabetes, and oncology, and I hope to teach at a college of pharmacy following residency. Outside of work, you can usually find me at the gym, playing or watching sports, listening to music, or traveling to catch up with my now-dispersed group of old friends.
